Easy Shredded Taco Meat

3-4 Chicken Breast(Frozen)
1 Cup of Water
1 Jar of Salsa

Put chicken into crockpot pour water and salsa; cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours. Serve on tortillas and top with shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, ect.

  2. I love this recipe. I have done it too. It turns out great! The meat is always so...umm...moist (ick I hate that word but it is the only one that describes it correctly).

  3. 5 stars from me too. I've done this as well and LOVE it!! It's also really good if you put the meat on a green salad. For those of you who are familiar with Weight Watchers, this is s very low-points meal!!!
