Campfire Salmon

1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
Salt, Pepper and garlic to taste
2 lbs salmon

Mix all ingredients but salmon. There are two ways to cook; Foil on the grill for 18-20 min, or in a covered Pyrex at 375 for 18-20 min. I like to serve this with rice and bread.

  1. I'm making this next week. I have never made it, but I have eaten it and our family LOVES it!! Too bad Ashlie doesn't cook dinner for us anymore.
